    Plumbing technician Dean Taylor came over last week to set up a line so I could get a dishwasher installed. I didn’t have the proper setup but he took care of it in no time! Now the installers will have no problem doing it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely have him come back for other plumbing jobs.       After contacting Thompson Plumbing concerning the water puddle that was in my front yard they sent out a technician very quickly. Harry was very friendly and explained everything he needed to do concerning the leak. He proceeded to look around the property to see if there were any other water issues and luckily he didn't find any. Harry called his supervisor to assist in further explanation of preventative measures that could be done. Devin came and after an amount of time he gave me 3 different plans in which I could choose from. He thoroughly explained each one. I decided to go with getting the regulator for the water pressure from the main line into the house. Each individual was very courteous. First they said I was approved,, then said they couldn't verify my income, then said I needed a cosigner,, then a few days later was sending me documents saying I was approved so by then the problem was solved.       A high 5 to Dustin who performed a garbage disposal replacement and installed a water heater expansion tank. He performed a complete plumbing and water pressure check all at no extra charge. He addressed all problem areas (which was needing the expansion tank) and gave me options. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and left work areas clean. We are very pleased with the service and the pricing was competitive. We will call again should the need arise. A high 5+ to the customer service ladies. They sent texts confirming appointment dates, work to be performed and if there were any concerns on my part to let them know.       The whole team at Thompson is terrific, I first called Hitt Plumbing and that was a huge mistake, they couldn’t find the leak said I had several and needed the whole house done. Took them a week to get back with me with an estimate, I called Thompson after waiting 6days they came out found the leak and I had a quote in a half hour and started the next day before I ever heard back from Hitt.       How do you find and fix a leak and you never did a leak detection to begin with.That’s is why I still have a leak and had to file a claim with my insurance after already paying $1000 to fix something that was never fixedSo I just want to say, the owner actually reached out personally to address my concerns.       I called around and came across Thompson Family and gave them a turn. From the get go they were on board and helpful. Ended up calling them back later and scheduling a water heater replacement for the next day. They came over as requested, did a full on estimate and proposed several ways to get the job done. They had an installer back within the hour and two hours later I had hot water once again. They were like they advertise, 5 stars. Tom and Frank were on their A games and the only thing that hurt out this was the price but it was still lower then most of the estimates I received the day prior and the problem is now in the rear view mirror.

As I explained our situation she stated she would make this a priority call and the first tech available will see this and come to my home and diagnose my plumming problem today. That indeed did happen. Shaun arrived around noon time and diagnosed the problem. He explained what had happened, took pictures of the leak and explained opportunities and quoted a very reasonable price for repairs. I agreed and he set to work, repaired the leak, and tested our water for hardness and water pressure for Free and filed the results. All this was done by the time my wife came home from work to our home having running water.       We used Thompson's 2 months ago to repair a frozen pipe and hose bib. They sent Dean and he did an excellent job...this past week at 10pm, our pipe backed up and flooded our bathroom. I emailed Thompson's immediately, explained the problem, they called first thing the next morning and sent Jacob Martinez out to find the problem. It turned out to be somewhat complex. We had roots, rocks and a sagging clogged pipe that needed to be replaced. Jacob is the hardest worker we have ever seen! This was a very difficult job! He had to hand dig, remove and replace several feet of pipe under the house in very limited crawl space! We will never use another company or plumber.
