They did an excellent job and walked me through every step of what they were doing. They checked and double checked to make sure everything was working properly.

        Our septic tank was full and we were able to get them our here the same day. They found out it wasn't draining into the leech field because our filter was clogged. They cleaned the filter jet cleaned the leech field and we got a water softener system put in the next day. They were so friendly and helpful with the whole process.

        Noah just came to de-scale our tankless water heater. I’m somebody who likes to know a little more details and he was very gracious in explaining the system and helping to educate me for future maintenance. My sister also used Thomas Family Plumbing yesterday to fix a shower faucet and also said they did a fantastic job. I have used them for a couple years now and I have never had a bad experience. They go beyond the request call and check your valves, pH levels in your water, etc. I’ve found them to be punctual, kind, patient, and honest. I don’t think you could ask for more in a plumber and next time I will request Noah. He was fantastic!

        This is my second time calling Thompson Family plumbing. The first call was an emergency repair and I was very happy with the service. So when I had a project where I needed supply and drain plumbing for a dog grooming station, I didn’t even consider calling another company. Eduardo came out, assessed the installation, and provided an estimate with options. He took the time to explain the options and answered all the questions I had.

        FRANK LENHARDT AWESOME Young Man. Very polite, explaining step-by-step on what he was doing. Even though my Mom has the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. YES, He knew in advance because I did tell him because my Mom might constantly keep asking questions. He did not take my Mom out of the sequence. He still spoke to her and explained to the two of us on what was going on. Most importantly, I loved it when he introduced himself to my Mom.

        Wow amazing, what service, couldn’t ask for anything better, we got help with our problem right away, couldn’t get anyone til following morning or the following day, but I happen to call and hung up and they called me back and it turned out they could send someone out with in a couple of hours , extremely great service.

        Justin Settles was our service tech and he did a great job and was amazing, he took his time and showed us what was wrong and took care of the problem, what great service, very happy with the Thompson Family Service, we even signed up for their family plan which was definitely worth it and no service charge for coming out.

        We woke up Tuesday morning to find wafer in the laundry room coming from under the water softener. I called one company, who said they could come out Thursday afternoon. I declined. I then called Thompson Family Plumbing. They sent, Justin, a technician out that afternoon. He found the water softener drum was cracked. He checked the water pressure, which was twice as high as it should be, set by the previous owners who also removed the shut off valve. It was replaced that afternoon. He also looped the lines for the water softener, so it wouldn't leak overnight, as it was late and he couldn't replace the softener until Wednesday. A different Justin came out and replaced it Wednesday. The overall job was not an easy one and they did a great job. The cost was the original quoted. Even thought it took longer than expected. Both Justin's were very polite and respectful. I would high recommend Thompson Family Plumbing.

        We had a clog in the line. Ian was very professional and kept me informed as he went along. He needed a replacement tool and Ceasar showed up and they completed the job together. They were very informative, very friendly and thorough. We opted to have our pressure regulator replaced and our line jetted. I believe Devon and a young blonde guy was the one who came the next day to do these services. I wasn’t home and this information came from my husband, he was very pleased with the repair. I also want to add The sweet girl Hayden on the phone was very helpful and when she didn’t have the answers I needed Dave got on the phone and helped me with everything I needed.         On time and professional evaluation of problem. Waiting for repair now. Dustin and John did a good job re-piping my whole house.4 years ago.

        Sun 8/3/25 fire+Southwest Gas co. confirmed i had a small, slow leak at my primary house. I contacted Thompson Family Plumbing to take care of issue. I needed carport concrete in area from meter to house removed, old iron pipe removed, approx 14 ft where leak was and new pipe installed. Austin+ Blaine came out, spent a generous amount of time measuring and explaining what was needed. Travis was called to get cost, once agreeded upon price, they could get started and scheduled for Mon 8/11/25. Blaine came out and got started and dug dug out hole and put new pipe in.but we had to wait until City inspector could come out to ok everything. Tue 8/12 CIty inspector came out, ok'd everything and emailed SW Gas to turn gas back on.
        During all this time Blaine was very professional and very helpful. He was quick and efficient thru out all, yet cleaned up everything so very nice and was just a great young man to be helpful and through in all he did.

        Paid a fortune to replace water softener at my home. Double what it should be because they service Havasu Palms. The install looked fine but the whole house water condition started leaking after they swap on the softener. Never had an issue before. They came out to check it out which was good but discovered it was an o ring which might cost 50 cents and claimed that they never touched that line 18 inches from the softener they just replaced. They then send me an estimate for 1,000 to come back out and replace the o ring. What a joke! Lost a customer for life and I will be sure to tell everyone I know. It would have been so simple to fix.

        Family Plumbing responded to my request related to the above issue and did the right thing by taking care of the customer. Smart owners who listened to feedback from a disgruntled customer… turned a negative into a positive. Thank you for your response and I will call you again for my next plumbing issue.         Called to make an appointment on Tuesday they called Wednesday to confirm the appointment for Thursday they said that they could not give me an exact time for Thursday. I had to take the day off Thursday to wait for the plumber. They called Thursday morning to confirm the appointment and they would call when they were on the way. Got a call from them Thursday afternoon to tell me that they need to reschedule. I fixed the toilet myself took me 30 minutes with going to get the part. They gave me a bunch of excuses on why they had to reschedule. So basically they expect you to take multiple days off and wait for them to show up without a time frame. Absolutely unacceptable and your company needs to do better.

        Unfortunately my tree had invaded my septic tank so I had to replace it. But they kept me well informed and they did a great job.They're now waiting for the inspectors to come look at it so they can finish burying it.

        UPDATE:
        After I posted my original 1 Star rating, the office of Thompson Family Plumbing (TFP) responded & reached out the same day. They acknowledged my concerns & made efforts to improve our experience. First, they sent someone to board up the 3 holes on the outside of the house until a stucco repairman could come out & re-stucco the holes. A few days later, David’s Drywall came & repaired the 3 holes in the master bath ceiling, as well as the 2 holes in the water heater closet outside. David touched up a couple of other areas in the master bath & did a really nice job. Lastly, the stucco repairman came, formally closed the 3 holes on the outside of the house & completed the job with a beautiful stucco finish. We could not be happier.

        Generally, when working with household repairmen, the technicians assessing the job at your home are the face of the business they work for. They represent that business & when they quote a price, that’s it. I wrote my initial critical review because after the plumbers completed the work, I was very unsettled about the experience. I have since learned that the office personnel at TFP are not only approachable, but willing to work with their customers when they are dissatisfied with the job. Devynn, Lindsey & Alex were very friendly, understanding & helpful. Even through a stressful experience, they remained professional and receptive to my concerns. They helped put us at ease & went above & beyond to make this a better experience for us. Although it became a greater process, my husband & I are very pleased with the customer service & professionalism provided by Thompson Family Plumbing.

        Mother's Day our water heater broke. Money's tight so Husband charged a new water heater @ Lowes, nothing top of the line by any means, to replace it ourselves. A family friend/handyman came, removed the old one & they noticed water leaking from the wall behind the old water heater, in the water heater closet, outside our house, between the master bath & bedroom. Once we saw the leak, Husband called Thompson Family Plumbing (TFP). We used them instead of the plumber we've used in the past, Cisneros Bros. Plumbing, because we have a disabled son & have seen TFP at events held by the local disability group we associate with, Rock'n Our Disabilities. We understood TFP has a female family member with disabilities & wanted to support them & give them our business. Big mistake... We booked the appt & they came at 9am on Monday. I was @ Kaiser Ontario getting a bimonthly infusion so Husband handled plumbers. Noah came first & quoted $515 to find the leak & a family plan (where they flush the tanks yearly with a 10% discount) which he talked Husband into buying. This seemed practical at the time. Our house has 2 water heaters & we had another leak 7 mos prior on the other side of the house. (That's when Cisneros Bros. came & for the cost to detect & repair the leak, replace the other water heater with one top of the line, & subcontract with a pro drywaller to close & apply orange-peel finish over all the holes they made in the repairs, it was just under $10,000.)
        After Husband agreed to the $515 through their creditor, Dustin, the supervisor, arrived & located the leak. He then ridiculed my husband over the budget water heater he had bought from Lowes. My husband said, "Fine, run my credit, I'll return this water heater & go with yours." Dustin quoted $10,200 to repair the leak. They tried to run his credit but he was denied due to the loan from the previous leak. Noah & Dustin persuaded him to use Husband’s father to hold the loan & I was to cosign (mind you, I'm a stay at home mom for our disabled son & I was @ the hospital all day)….

We fully understand how frustrating it is to be left with cutouts and cosmetic issues, and we regret not having the opportunity to discuss options for referrals or provide further communication regarding post-repair restoration. We are disappointed to hear that your experience with our team members did not meet our standards of professionalism, especially regarding your father-in-law’s involvement. Respect and courtesy are non-negotiable values for us. This matter is being internally reviewed and addressed with our team. We never intend to pressure any customer into financing or purchases, and we’re truly sorry if you or your husband felt overwhelmed in a vulnerable situation. Our goal is always to focus on providing clear, compassionate guidance—not stress.         Finally had to break down and call a plumber.
        Fortunately, I called Thompson Family Plumbing, located in Lake Havasu. I described my problem and stated that we live in Needles; I'm thinking they wont drive to Needles from Havasu....but guess what, they sent out a young (by my standards) man name of Austin to diagnose and fix the issue of a kitchen under sink counter leak. Prior to arrival, Austin called us and gave an ETA. he arrived within 15 minutes of his ETA. He looked at the job, gave us his recommendations and opinion as to what he was going to do, costs and approximate time to repair. At no time did he try to "up sell" us on any procedure or additional unnecessary parts.
        I don't necessarily call outside repair persons for things I usually do on my own, but Austin was was a delight to deal with.
        Bottom line, Austin was on time, the price for work was fair, time on the job for the work requested was adequate and Austin was polite, communicative, friendly AND was ok with our dogs.
        In closing, if you need a plumber, live in the Havasu, Needles, Bullhead City or Kingman areas, I would not hesitate to Contact Thompson Family Plumbing.

        Hard to find honesty in this world, thought I had a pipe leak one plumber came he said he didn’t see anything, so he called another guy to run a camera to make sure, both assured me that there was no leak just the rain wasn’t drying up where I thought the leak was as fast as the rest of the yard, they came the same day and the price to run the camera was beyond reasonable as my husband had his own plumbing company prior to his accident and he said it was a really good price, and prior to my husband owning his own company he worked for a few different plumbing companies and he said their dishonesty is why he opened his own company, he said many of those companies would tell the plumbers to create a problem while on the site since the customer already thought there was a problem, like I said honesty is hard to find and these guys are honest and will definitely continue to get my business, they deserve our businesses and yours

        After contacting Thompson Plumbing concerning the water puddle that was in my front yard they sent out a technician very quickly. Harry was very friendly and explained everything he needed to do concerning the leak. He proceeded to look around the property to see if there were any other water issues and luckily he didn't find any. Harry called his supervisor to assist in further explanation of preventative measures that could be done. Devin came and after an amount of time he gave me 3 different plans in which I could choose from. He thoroughly explained each one. I decided to go with getting the regulator for the water pressure from the main line into the house. Each individual was very courteous.         My wife discovered a water leak last Thurs morning coming from our garage ceiling on her way to work.
        She informed me and I turned off our water source. I called Thompson Family Plumming and I spoke to a pleasant female named Val. As I explained our situation she stated she would make this a priority call and the first tech available will see this and come to my home and diagnose my plumming problem today. That indeed did happen. Shaun arrived around noon time and diagnosed the problem. He explained what had happened, took pictures of the leak and explained opportunities and quoted a very reasonable price for repairs. I agreed and he set to work, repaired the leak, and tested our water for hardness and water pressure for Free and filed the results. All this was done by the time my wife came home from work to our home having running water. Such a pleasure to Experience a business who runs a smooth operation using such skilled employee's who knew how and did their jobs very well having customer care service at their forefront making me feel like their family member who cares. I have lived here for 52 yrs and such a Wonderful experience to see here.

        Riley Nason with Thompson Family Plumbing was top notch. As a new homeowner, this was my first plumbing issue I’ve ever encountered. I Google searched for local plumbers, Thompson was one of the first to come up that served Colton, CA, after reading through a few reviews I called them up and booked my appointment for the following day. Riley came out, diagnosed my problem, and went to work. He was extremely kind, thorough, professional, and sincere. He efficiently cleared my upstairs toilet that overflowed and leaked into the downstairs bathroom, as well as replaced the old toilet all together and did a fine job. He also offered recommendations for other work we can do to fix my leaking shower. Reasonably priced for the amount of work I had him do within a few hours. I’ll definitely work with Thompson Family Plumbing again.

        * Very realistic break for lunch and supplies.
        * Finished when he said they would both days.

        * The description of the situation he gave coincided with previous Plumber’s assessments.
        * Since I’m not knowledgeable about Plumbing, I can’t realistically evaluate the work they did. But the Before and After pictures say a lot.

        Jacob was very professional, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. We originally used them to come out and repair our tankless water heater. Ended up getting a brand new one, due to his knowledge and expertise. Also had a water treatment system installed at that time. We then had them come out a second time to repair a toilet.         We used Thompson's 2 months ago to repair a frozen pipe and hose bib. They sent Dean and he did an excellent job...this past week at 10pm, our pipe backed up and flooded our bathroom. I emailed Thompson's immediately, explained the problem, they called first thing the next morning and sent Jacob Martinez out to find the problem. It turned out to be somewhat complex. We had roots, rocks and a sagging clogged pipe that needed to be replaced. Jacob is the hardest worker we have ever seen! This was a very difficult job! He had to hand dig, remove and replace several feet of pipe under the house in very limited crawl space! We will never use another company or plumber.         We bought a fixer upper house in Lake Arrowhead and had no idea of the number of Plumbing issues we would have. Richard Reaster's expertise, helpfulness and ability to diagnose and quickly repair leaks, faucets, toilets, and septic tank issues, saved us a lot of grief. He even found additional issues that need repair before they happen. His ideas on how we can move a washer and dryer to a new area as inexpensively as possible make him a great asset to his company.
